Every order we ship is 100% guaranteed to satisfy you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please return the products in its original box within 3 days of your receipt and we will issue a refund to your credit card for the product's price. (Shipping charges won't be refunded).
Your pinata/items is guaranteed to arrive at your door damage-free. If your pinata arrives damaged just let us know as soon as you receive it and keep all the packaging and contents as a proof for the carrier. (Sometimes they'll inspect them). We will gladly either issue a refund.
Personalized pinatas, custom pinatas or personalized products are not refundable.
Shipping
Your pinata/items are handmade and take 2 to 3 business days to process. We offer 3 shipping methods: Parcel/Ground shipping 5 to 9 business days, Priority Mail 4 to 5 business days and Express Mail 2 to 4 days. Post Office delays we cannot guarantee timed deliveries. Business days are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and we follow Post office holidays. All of these shipping times are once the item ships (this does not include the processing time for your order.)
We ship to the Continental United States and Canada, we will not ship to freight forwarding companies/addresses.
We are not responsible for carriers' late deliveries.

How to use your pinata
- Fill the piñata from the bottom by carefully removing the square from the opening. Fold the square a little to remove it.
- Remove the strings from the inside. Do not untie them.
- Fill the piñata with 3 – 4 pounds of candy and small toys for small piñatas, or 5-6 pounds for the extra large piñatas.
- Put the strings back in if strings are NOT going to be used.
- Put the square back in and the weight from the candy will hold it in place.
- Give one string to each child and when they are ready they all pull them at the same time.
